  • How are you trying to admission Outlook.com? Is information technology through Web or App?

If you are trying to access your Outlook.com account via browser, then I suggest you lot to admission your Outlook business relationship through unlike web browser and bank check if the outcome persists.

I am accessing outlook.com through the Google Chrome browser on my iMac.  I tried deleting the connected accounts on a different browser, Safari, and the aforementioned fault bulletin appears.

With all due respect, I don't retrieve this is a browser issue but an internal outlook.com mistake.  The same gmail account is listed twice under my connected accounts.  It appears that outlook.com does not ordinarily permit you to add together the aforementioned account twice.  Nonetheless, I may have gotten around this when I attempted to add the gmail business relationship a second time before the first attempt completed processing.

Delight suggest.

Hither is the screenshot showing the duplicate continued Gmail accounts (I am using the Google Chrome browser on my iMac, just I accept tried this from a Windows PC using Explorer, equally well as Safari, and the results are the same):

So in the same manner, every bit you have created an allonym to this business relationship, that is why it is reflecting two times, first time as a Microsoft business relationship and the 2nd time as the alias created to this account, only not as it use to reverberate in the older version of Outlook.com because this is how the new version is designed by default.

Keeping that in mind, every bit this is the principal and but account, you cannot remove it, due to which you are getting that error.

Yes exactly.  On the left hand side of outlook window, the gmail inbox is listed separately.  When I first had this consequence, information technology was listed twice.  I deleted both duplicate gmail inboxes, merely one gmail inbox always returns.

When I draft a new e-mail, the 'from' field lists the gmail address twice.

I'yard facing exactly the same problem with a POP3/SMTP (non-gmail) account that appears twice and that cannot exist removed. When I draft a new east-mail, the 'from' field lists the address twice.

Delight see below (Outlook-Mail service in German language):

"There was a trouble saving your changes. Delight try once again.  If the trouble continues, contact back up."

How can the connected account be removed?
